How chat works
One thread, tools it uses on the way, and what the small grey lines mean.
Chat is one continuous conversation. You don't start new chats; everything stays in one thread, and osmos's own messages (routine results, follow-up updates, things it flagged) appear in the same place.
When osmos works on something, you'll see short grey lines under your message: Searched email, Recalled, 9 steps. Those are the tools it used. Tap one to expand it. If an answer looks wrong, this is the first place to look: it shows what osmos actually checked.
Tips
- Be specific about time. "Thursday" is ambiguous; "this Thursday" or "Thursday the 11th" isn't.
- Ask it to check its work. "Are you sure? Look at the email again" often fixes a misread.
- You can attach photos, documents and links with the + button. Photos are read by a vision model, so a screenshot of a booking works.
- Long answers can be interrupted. Send your next message and osmos moves on.
