Wallet: your card, your limits, your tickets
Saving a card, how spending limits grow, and the tickets osmos collects from your email.
Wallet does three things. It holds a payment card so osmos can book for you. It holds a spending limit that osmos can't exceed. And it collects tickets, bookings and reservations osmos finds in your email, so they're in one place with the details to hand.
The card
Card details are entered into a secure form from our payment provider and stored with them, not by osmos. osmos only ever sees a token that can charge that card within your limit.
The limit
Your limit starts small and grows as bookings settle successfully. That's deliberate: it caps what a misunderstanding could cost while trust builds. You can see the current limit in Wallet. A booking over the limit isn't refused outright; osmos will explain and, for some suppliers, offer to pay them directly instead.
