Tool manager: everything osmos can use
Where connections live, what 'Always on' means, and how to switch things off.
Core → Tool manager lists everything osmos can use for you: connected accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp...), the built-in apps that are always available (Notes, Files, Reminders, Wallet...), and any third-party tools you've added.
Each row has its own settings. Some, like Notes and Files, are marked Always on: they're part of osmos and can't be removed, but their behaviour can be adjusted.
Connecting
Tap a tool, then Connect. You'll be sent to the provider's own sign-in page; osmos never sees your password, it receives a permission token from the provider. You can revoke it at any time here or from the provider's own security settings.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting stops osmos reading from that account from then on. Things it already learned stay in memory until you delete them or your account.
