Your data and where it goes
What osmos stores, what it sends to AI providers, and the terms it does that under.
osmos stores what it needs to work for you: your conversations, the mail and messages it has read from connected accounts, your notes, files, tasks, bookings and memory. It's stored encrypted, in the EU, and access is limited to your account.
To think, osmos sends the relevant parts of a request to AI model providers. We choose providers that don't retain or train on that data, and we don't send more than a request needs. Some processing is done by specialist partners: transcription for recordings, travel suppliers for bookings, our payment provider for cards, a partner that connects third-party tools. The full list of categories is in our privacy policy, and we'll name specific processors on request.
What we don't do
- We don't sell data or use your content to train models.
- We don't store card numbers; our payment provider does.
- Passport numbers and similar details are encrypted with an extra layer before they're stored.
