What osmos is (and what it isn't)
A personal agent that reads what you connect, acts on your behalf, and comes back to you. Also the things it can't do.
osmos is a personal agent. You talk to it in chat, connect the accounts you want it to see (email, calendar, WhatsApp, Slack and more), and it does work for you: answers, drafts, bookings, reminders, and jobs it carries on with after you've closed the app.
Three things make it different from a chatbot:
- It remembers. Facts from your conversations and connected accounts build up over time, so you don't repeat yourself.
- It runs on its own. Routines run on a schedule, follow-ups check back later, and the Home card surfaces what matters without you asking.
- It can act. With your card in Wallet it can book flights, hotels and trains. It can also drive a real computer.
What it isn't
- It is not always right. It can misread a date, miss an email, or state something confidently that is wrong. Treat it like a capable assistant, not an oracle, and check anything that matters.
- It does not act on your behalf without a signal from you. Money, sending messages, and anything hard to undo either needs your approval in the moment or a rule you set up.
- It only sees what you connect. If your calendar isn't connected, it doesn't know your calendar.
- It is iPhone only for now, and works best in English.
